Seanchoíche (pronounced Shanna-Key-Huh) our storytelling night founded is Dublin is super excited to be heading back to Public Records in New York on Tuesday 25th March.
The theme of the night is 'MY LOVE FOR NEW YORK'. All stories told will revolve around this theme. Stories can be personal anecdotes based on your own experience, or the experience of someone in your life, they can be fictional pieces, they can be monologues, or anything that you consider a story that speaks to the theme of your love for your city.
A seanchaí is a traditional Gaelic storyteller/historian. We're all natural born storytellers, and often underestimate the value of a good story.
'Empathy is remembering that everybody has a story. Multiple stories.' - Kae Tempest
