We are very very excited to be hosting a special Seanchoíche in collaboration with Black & Irish on October 30th to celebrate Black History Month @ The Fumbally Cafe.
The theme of the night is 'JOY'. All stories will be told by speakers who identify as black and will revolve around this theme. Stories can be personal anecdotes based on your own experience, or the experience of someone in your life, they can be fictional pieces, they can be monologues, poetry or anything that you consider a story.
Black Joy is not a crime.
This event will be hosted by Zeda the Architect in collaboration with Black and Irish.
We will have arranged storytellers on the night, but if you get the urge to stand up and tell a story when you're at the event on the night, you are welcome to do so. Storytellers can apply here: https://www.seanchoiche.com/tellyourstory
