SEANCHOÍCHE x GOAL NEXT GEN x ST PATRICKS FESTIVAL

As part of St Patrick’s Festival GOAL NextGen and SEANCHOICHE will present a storytelling evening March 18th from 3.30 - 5pm at the Spiegeltent Beag where people from all corners of the world will come together and engage with stories ranging from personal anecdotes, fictional narratives to poetry pieces and spoken word illustrating what the theme ‘HOME’ means to them. Two members of the GOAL NextGen Youth Network will share stories along with a range of exciting guests including Irish-Sudanese spoken word artist and GOAL NextGen Youth Ambassador Adam Mohammad, Irish poet Mikey Cullen, and Irish-Dutch musician Edwina Van Kuyk.

About GOAL:

GOAL Global is a humanitarian response agency, established in Ireland 45 years ago. GOAL works with highly vulnerable communities across the world, supporting them to recover from humanitarian crises, strengthen local systems and build solutions to alleviate poverty and vulnerability.

GOAL is currently active in 14 countries in Africa, the Middle East and Latin America and in Ukraine.

GOAL NextGen empowers a generation of Global Citizens to understand and critically reflect on the interconnected nature of our world and the root causes and consequences of global crises and inequality. By challenging stereotypes and encouraging independent thinking, young people are inspired to act in pursuit of a sustainable, resilient, and inclusive future for all.
